We are seeking a skilled Home Manager that is keen to be challenged and achieve the best outcomes for Waratah’s participants, staff and the company’s organisational goals. We are a young company without the cultural legacies of traditional disability service providers. Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Disability Work or Bachelor Applied Science (Disability) is preferred – though not essential.
- If you are keen to undertake training to attain the requisite qualifications, we are more than happy to support you.
- If you possess qualifications in any other disciplines and are seeking to transition into the disability sector, we are keen to hear from you.
- Please provide a copy of your resume and supported with two work references.
- Proficient English spoken and comprehension is a key requirement.
- Competent in the use of technology, computers, printers, phones, software programs etc. is essential.
The following qualifications are necessary, we can help guide you through these too if required
- Medication administration qualification
- First aid qualification
- Australian Drivers License
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Must have right to work in Australia – with limited and preferably no Visa work restrictions
